Join us for an evening of connection, conversation and insights, featuring Michelle Crosbie, who is a Board member of NSW Stoma and Mary Egan who is the General Manager.
Mary and Michelle will talk about the work that the charity NSW Stoma and other charities do to support Ostomates in NSW. They will also talk about what they have been able to do to support much less fortunate Ostomates in the Philippines. Our Club has previously supported this important work by assisting with the cost of shipping urgent supplies to the Philippines.
Michelle is a volunteer at NSW Stoma where she has been focussed on sorting and shipping supplies that have been returned to NSW Stoma as well as reception and warehouse duties. She has been able to share her experiences of travelling with a stoma, for example.
About the evening
Members and visitors are encouraged to arrive a little early, order a meal from Lusso Kitchen or grab a drink from the Sporting Club bar, then join us in the event room behind the entry desk.
It’s a relaxed start to the evening, with everyone sharing food, drinks and conversation around the tables before and as the meeting gets underway. Meals are ordered and paid for individually, with a great range of small and large dishes, including pizzas.
