Following a great meeting this week in relation to the Fair on Sunday 13 October will will have another face-to-face meeting to ensure all "i's are dotted and all t's are crossed" for our most important fund raising event of the year! Your participation at this meeting is of great importance in order to be across all of the day's many activities and organization. Please bring sold Raffle Ticket Books to the meeting, as it takes a lot of time to unpick the tickets ready for the draw on the big day! This meeting will be held in a reserved section of the covered outdoor bistro area of The Diddy.
Catering at the Diddy is by LUSSO Kitchen. You order and pay individually. - On arrival proceed to the bar area to place order. They have a large selection of small and large dishes including tasty Pizza!

Pam Hartgerink in late 2022 spent 3 months in the West Bank of the Occupied Palestinian Territories as a human rights volunteer with the Ecumenical Accompaniment Program in Palestine and Israel (EAPPI) with focus on Access to Education for Palestinian Children in the West Bank Pam has had a long-term commitment to social justice, human rights, and community development, and has worked with refugee and migrant communities in Australia for many years. Pam has also worked as a volunteer through Australian Volunteers International in Afghanistan, South Africa and Timor-Leste, working with local NGOs. Join us for the performance of "The 39 Steps" by The Pymble Players Theatre,one of Sydney's leading community theatre groups. The Rotary Club of Turramurra and Rotary Club of Chatswood Roseville have organized this event to support Rotary's program to "End Polio Now". The 39 Steps is a ripping yarn of thrills, intrigue and unexpected romance from the novel by John Buchan, adapted by Patrick Barlow, - "Hitchcock meets Monty Python". Ticket price is $50 which includes a sumptous supper, lucky door prizes, Christmas Hamper Raffle and Q&A with the cast and director. We attended a similar fund raising event at Pymbles Players last year and it was a great evening! There is a Musician on the Plaza Stage from 10am -12pm. Community picnic blankets, bean bags and games to entertain.
