IMPORTANT: CHANGE OF VENUE! This week we will meet at the Diddy, c/o Longueville Sportmans Club on account of the Urban being very busy. Catering at the Diddy is by Lusso Bistro (Menu attached). You order and pay individually. On arrival proceed to the bar area to place order. Our guest speaker is intrepid world traveller Adrienne Witteman who has just returned from a 34 day US trip! Her travels took her to places like Texas, Tennessee, Mississippi, Louisiana and Alabama. Adrienne is an outstanding traveller and raconteur; and will recount her many interesting experiences from this trip. A meeting not to be missed! On account of the cold weather, please dress warmly. For parking try Kenneth Street and streets off it. Allow for time walking back.

This evening we will officially share the raised funds during this Rotary year with our chosen recipients. A wonderful evening of celebration and appreciation. We will also have the opportunity to present the Pride of Workmanship Award to 2 deserving awardees. Come and help us applaude these outstanding community members. Meal service: Roast Chicken Supreme Wrapped in Prosciutto with Eggplant and Roast Capsicum Vegetarian Option: Zucchini Boats Sliced in half and hulled. Flesh is pan-fried with onions, garlic, mushroom, lemon and herbs and topped with parmesan.

Join us for an informal get-together and great fellowship at Alcott's Dining Room where two large tables have been reserved. The Alcott has an extensive menu with small Plates/Entrees ranging from $13.00 -$ 25.00 and main courses ranging from $26.00 - $34.00. Everyone is catered for with vegetarians and gluten free meals. They also serve great Burgers, Salads and delicious Desserts. Extensive range of wine, beers and non alcoholic beverage available from Alcott's bar, 'club style' . The end of the year is approaching at an alarming rate. Let's all celebrate the end of another somewhat unusal year due to circumstances beyond anyone's control. The Changeover will be celebrating the achievements of DG Lindsay May and all Clubs in our District, and welcoming incoming DG Mina Howard and her teams. This will be another fantastic Rotary event to be held at Hornsby RSL - another sign of normality returning. The date is Saturday, 2nd July 2022. Commencement time 6.30 pm for 7.00 pm. Our Changeover Dinner is an event not to be missed. We encourage all members to attend to celebrate the handing over of the "Chain of Office" from President Lalitha Warren to President-Elect Tania Mace. Dress Code: Black Tie/Lounge Suit/ Cocktail Wear The evening's programme: 6.00 pm for 6.15 pm Entertainment by Philip De Villiers 7.10 pm sit-down with a 2 course meal being served following introductions.
